5Excellent Scope if you can afford it

I've owned and used this scope for over 2 years and have never regretted spending extra to get this scope over another much cheaper "entry level" scope.

One thing you may want to consider is the extra $$ to get the 4-channel model (MSO2014) as this is not upgradable. The 2-channel model looks a little bit "incomplete" because there's a large blank area on the front panel where the 3rd and 4th channels would be. Also, if you are evaluating the price of this 2-channel versus the 4-channel version (MSO2014), keep in mind that the probes alone cost around $125 each. So, approximately $250 of the price difference is just from the cost of the probes.
