Soft TRA works to a point
By Kbryant1
Software is easy to load. It is somewhat intuitive. It has many useful tools but more frequencies could be displayed when using the 1/3 octave audio analyzer. It would make it much easier to pick out the frequencies that cause feedback when setting up a room. The 1/6 octave maybe a more usable option. Will consider it.

TrueRTA Review
By JamesG
I purcahased TruRTA about 5 years ago. I bought the full version (1/24th Octave) and I use it for designing and constructing home sterio speakers. I am totally satisfied with the software. No glitches, easy to use and seems to be quite accurate. I use a Bheringer test mic with it (using calibration curve for the mic). I use a phantom power microphone preamp. All told it probably cost me about $200 to get set up. Besides being a useful tool for speaker design it is very flexile for other uses. Even has a dual channel ossiliscope that works very well.

Great product for RTA
By KTOKTO
I use the 1/3rd octave trueRTA to flatten the response on my bands PA system. TrueRTA is absolutely perfect for this. Not a lot of extra bells and whistles some of the other applications may have but for straight up tuning with a 31 band EQ, TrueRTA can't be beat.
