Great smart phone

I like everything about it. It's easy to use with a good battery if you use the battery juice protector app. Visually pleasing. Good quality service, no bugs. Everything runs smooth or is fixed quickly with an update.
I like how compatible it is with amazon, youtube, gmail, kindle, etc because of it being an android.

NOT NEW and NOT UNLOCKED

Received this phone yesterday and am disappointed that the description lied about the phone. It said it was an unlocked GSM device. It's NOT. It's locked into AT&T. It says it was a new device not a used device, also not true. The charging block is chipped and the plastic screen protector that comes on ALL NEW PHONES, had clearly been pulled off and replaced on the phone to give a "New Look"...
Will be calling Amazon later today to see what they have to say about the misleading information that was provided.
Other than the misleading information about the phone, I am pleased with the phone and how quickly it responds.
** The seller of this phone contacted me, and explained amazon sends the phones out, and they sent the wrong phone.
** But even with the seller attempt to make things right, which I really appreciated, this phone is constantly disconnecting from the network, and I am returning it.
