I bought this item for my wife (a physics professor in college) and she is delighted about it. It is well built. She had an issue with the product, and then we had to send it back for repair to manufacturer customer service as it was under warranty. The experience was good. It was a bit long to get this item repaired but overall it well done. That means that you can rely on the manufacturer which stands behind its products. Always good to know...

OK as an introductory, bare-bones handheld oscilloscope. Lacks two leads (has one lead only) and a USB data port, but adequate for the price.
